My tenure at Audible started with the development of a beta loyalty program in which I was the visual creative lead. The team worked with established user profiles and some behavioral insights toward a kickoff. Iterating off of system patterns, I white-boarded user flows and wireframes that were processed into prototypes for testing with a targeted body. The program was launched within 1 month and saw a reduction in cancelled memberships, increase in listening frequency and increase in ALOP purchases. Internally this program has been a major influencer in adding animation to marketing creative and we also successfully launched and tested a followup 6-month device discount and a second beta launch of Loyalty. The program work received an Amazon People Principle Award (Articulate the Possible & Move Fast to Make It Real - October 11, 2019)
I led the launch of a brand new member engagement program, The Audible Challenge, designed to encourage listening time and title purchases using credits and ALOP dollars. We tested with 1M participants and saw a significant uptick in content purchasing, listening, and app downloads due to the program.
Also significant, I spearheaded a reimagined year-end email program using a novel technology integration with Movable Ink in which emails were personalized and dynamic. Social media sharing was also provided to members directly through the email. We saw significant engagement in terms of email opens, social shares and engagement, and increase in listening behavior. This program earned me another Amazon People Principle Award (Study and Draw Inspiration from Culture & Technology - Jan 28, 2020)
